Our Mission
Real Food Real Stories connects eaters with local food changemakers and uses authentic storytelling to humanize the food system and inspire positive cultural and social change.
We envision a connected, healthy and just food system supported by engaged communities.
Our Offering
Gatherings: we curate many forms of gatherings to facilitate live-storytelling and connection. Picnics are casual, easy, light meal gatherings set in unique locations related to the story. Supperclubs are intimate evening dinners set in home-like environments. Digestifs are our follow-up gatherings after each Supperclubs and Picnics, offering opportunities to deepen relationships with the storyteller and continue to learn about the stories.
Shorts: a short film series capturing the powerful stories from RFRS gatherings to further inspire and connect us to our food and to the people behind the movement.
Chef’s Table: we can be hired to curate private experiences of powerful live-storytelling and paired meals for companies, conferences and communities. For more information, please contact info@realfoodrealstories.org.

Be part of Real Food Real Stories and volunteer your talent and time to help changemakers in your local food system find their voice, share their story and connect with an engaged community. By helping curate and offer experiences for all eaters to build meaningful relationships with those who feed us, we can build a food system based on trust and collaboration. In the process, you’ll get to know some of the great leaders and players of our local food movement. If you are interested, please visit: https://www.realfoodrealstories.org/get-involved/
