Pachamama Alliance Drawdown Course Pilot
The dates for this course are Thursday 2/8, 2/15, 2/22, 3/1, and 3/22, from 6:30-9pm. You are asked to attend all five sessions of the Pachamama Alliance Drawdown pilot course, and to complete a Research Assignment between each session that will take 30-60 minutes. If you need to miss a session, we’ll count on you to get yourself updated by another member of the group or the hosting team.
This pilot program offers an opportunity to come together with others on a journey to radically shift your relationship to global warming: to get more educated, inspired, and empowered—and to get in to action.
Through videos, presentations, and group learning, we will come together over five sessions at the Pachamama Alliance office in San Francisco to explore the Drawdown solutions to global warming, how they are ranked, and the overall plan.
You will have the opportunity to go deeper on certain solutions that resonate with you, and to take on a project to get into action. There will be research assignments between the sessions that support and empower you towards that end.
An important aspect of the course is building community among participants, sharing experiences and collaborating on ideas and opportunities for action. Participants will leave the course being connected to a new community of people dedicated to reversing global warming, equipped with knowledge and tools to get into action, committed to a clear path
